Ordered 2 tubs of different size…
Ordered 2 tubs of different size protein for me and my cousin, only 1 arrived yet full payment taken etc. Had to call to find out what happened, guy on the phone said it could have possibly been sent in 2 separate orders or its just not in stock, which i said is fine but what would have happened if i didnt call, would i have been refunded? In fairness to him he called me back an explained there was no stock left and he will sort the refund. Also received an email later that day from someone higher up who explained the situation and apologised. Again cant argue with that but then i emailed back to say could they maybe sort out free delivery next day delivery if i order again because the protein was in preparation for my cousins wedding and due to the mishap i would be a few days without. Didnt get a reply which I thought wasnt right. Not one to write reviews but they kept sending reminders so here it is.
