I have purchased two packages for me…
I have purchased two packages for me and my daughter to the trip to Japan. I had an issue accessing my email inbox and Nel from the HelpDesk was very patient and helpful. When I used their service back in Nov 2024 in Germany, I didn’t have any issues. I’ll be coming back as a customer in the future for sure.
