Great customer service
Have had multiple great experiences with Ovo support since I joined (specifically Jas and Rachel). Over chat they are quick to respond, and they are great with follow-up over email. Their support agents actually seem able to find out information and work with their ops team to make things happen (not common when lots of other support teams I've interacted with are outsourced and sit far from operations and it takes forever to get any answers). Rachel even connected directly with my solar installers on my behalf to sort something out for me which I really appreciated. I'm also a fan of bill smoothing and Ovo prices seem pretty fair, so all in all I'm really happy I made the switch.
