Kind customer service
We had a blockage the day before Christmas Eve. They were very understanding and said they will get to us in 48hr but there were a couple emergencies ahead of us. The app kept us up to date and they called us at 11pm that night to say we had a slot the next evening but to keep calling them with updates. The staff that came were really good and cleaned all the mess away. You can’t want more from customer service
