Three months of chaos
Three months ago, Heart began carrying out some 'essential' maintenance; this took a number of our websites offline, and we were constantly reassured that it would be resolved shortly. The fact that I'm writing this three months later probably makes clear where this is going, but for anyone considering transferring to Heart: the sites and servers are still a mess, and they are yet to provide the 'support' service which was also taken offline at the same time. Trying to reach them for live support still results in a "Live Chat Temporarily Unavailable – We're Still Here to Help. As we focus on assisting customers with essential migrations, our live chat service is temporarily unavailable. If you need assistance, please raise a support ticket via your Customer Area, and our team will respond as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time." Three months isn't temporary, nor is it acceptable. We are working to migrate everything away that we can, which is a nightmare as they had been reliable for over a decade.
