Huws Gray, Preston. Came here 08/07, wanting to enquire about stones for my garden. Didn't catch name of 1st guy but he had funky hair and glasses, sorry😅 He helped me with my purchase and we then got speaking about my other plans for my garden - I told him that I had been quoted £100 from another place for 13 wooden pallets. He said 'speak to Lee outside and let me know what you decide'.... I went outside and spoke to Lee - the 2nd guy to help me today... I explained my issue and he said 'follow me' and took me to a huge pile of wooden pallets. He pulled out a few and asked what I thought, I said they were perfect. He then said 'right okay, today I'll make it my job to find you 13 wooden pallets' he also explained what to do in order to secure the pallets together etc - he then came to reception with me and told this to the guy and then finished off by saying that he wasn't going to charge me! Ohhhhh🙏🏼 Absolute lifesavers, saved me £100 for the exact same product - so so happy!
