It's just a horrendous experience
It's just a horrendous experience. Failing to produce my bill, random estimates, awful customer service. List goes on and on and there's no end. I last month I received a sneaky estimate for 296 pounds, I've contacted them to ask them to amend my bill and was told someone needs to come take a photo of my meter. And that was the last time I heard from them. Until, of course, the threatening debt collection email. And a threatening text. And several phone calls.Currently following their customer complaint procedure before I contact the ombudsman.
