Absolutely worst experience
Absolutely worst experience! Will never book again with super.com. 2 of the 5 hotels booked for our Europe trip was absolutely misrepresented and misadvertised. Nothing matches the picture or the description, we had to change our hotel at midnight in the middle of Rome with children, and absolutely no regard for that and no followup no refund and worst of it all is there is no way provide feedback and experience of the stay anywhere in their site. No wonder why they are able to consistently book because as a guest you can share your experience. Without finding any other way, i posted the review on the Google website and will post the absolutely terrible experience in YouTube.
