Live and frozen food
We placed an order for live and frozen food and it all came on the same day as a few other bits that we had ordered too. It was all packaged well and the frozen food was still frozen. We noticed when sorting our locusts out several where dead and then over the next 24-48 hours we had lost nearly a whole tub(35) We emailed internet reptile and they quickly got back to us. We sent pics etc and then we had an email back saying they would send another tub of locusts We had the delivery today and they had given us our whole live delivery again. Just wanted too say thank you for being so efficient and for sending out what you did. This was our first time ordering from yourselves but will definitely use your services again A 🌟🌟
