I would actually like to give this company zero. I subscribed because they offered me a half price deal which I thought was worth a try. I didn’t enjoy the sessions - it’s just watching an avatar. There is no motivation - it’s just boring. I was shocked therefore to find nearly £100 come out of my account for an automatic renewal. On the same day I asked them to refund my money as no email informing me of the upcoming payment had been sent and at no time did I agree to an auto- renewal. They have refused to give me a refund despite me hardly ever having used the app. It’s disgusting and I feel like I’ve been scammed. This sort of thing should be illegal.
