AD HOC , I just cannot fault them. Efficient & Purposeful.
AD HOC is the best property management company I have ever used since this Millenium. The checks were thorough, professional and courteous. Calls I received were courteous And the place I lodged was exactly what I needed. But what really stood out was the professionalism & politeness of Martin D. Fair & direct. The toilet cracked and started leaking in 12 hrs from reporting to him a new one was fitted. Their staff were polite all theough The all inclusive fee for lease was reasonable but not extortionate. I got my deposit back & intact no problem . Martin D. is an asset to his employer & does sincere credit to his firm. If you need accomodation and hoc is the place reasonably priced , usefull & efficient. -Nigel West Yorkshire.
