Ineffective in Resolution
As a patient with Brightside for about 6 months, I have worked to try multiple dosages of medication and resolution. Though through many attempts, there has not seemed to be a change in my daily life. Brightside often does “check-ins” for you to tell them how you are doing. Though in many cases my evaluation numbers for depression and anxiety seemed to be inflated above what their chart considered normal, there is no follow up beyond this. These mental and emotional issues are not easy to live with, and when I do the evaluation I would expect follow up. Considering the fee associated with Brightside, it felt like more of a prescription mill rather than care from a doctor. There is no action on their end when your evaluation/check-in indicates that you are severely struggling.
