BE AWARE ON LONG HAUL FLIGHTS !

BE AWARE ON LONG HAUL FLIGHTS - BAGS REMOVED Singapore airlines will happily removed baggage from flights. They did so on a recent NY to Singapore flight for several passengers, including me to to save on fuel. This is common practice by them, so no problem. Problem is it took 3 days to receive my actual bags, all contact is with an outside agency in the meantime who really don't care and if you try and ask for any compensation afterwards Singapore Airlines simply ignore you. Ive messaged 3 times over 2.5 months, all I receive is a reply to say someone will contact you, but they never do, just look at the other reviews. So if flying long haul and your bags and items are actually important to you (wild thought), Id be careful and possibly avoid.

Stolen money & terrible customer service

Stolen money - terrible customer service - Do not purchase online ever ! For just over 2 weeks Ive been chasing a refund from Reiss worth £225. They say they issued it to PayPal, PayPal say no they didn't. Ive provided all of the transaction codes from PayPal but time and time again I get low level representatives who refuse to escalate this to the finance department to see what has actually happened. Simple answer from them, system says we gave your money back, sorry you don't have it but can you please go away. This is a supposed to be a luxury brand and sadly it has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. At this point it looks like I might actually have to go to the small claims court to get my money back, instead of them making one 15 minute phone call to PayPal to figure out what's gone wrong with their system. Disgraceful
