Very poor service
Not yet been on our cruise, which starts 3rd Sept. However their customer service is a nightmare. Almost impossible to contact. E mail address unavailable, WHY? Shortest time I have been waiting on phone is 1hr 10 mins, only to be cut off almost immediately, was on just long enough to correct them that Spa can only be booked via Cruise Personaliser on internet.. Booking for Spa activities not possible online as payment page fails to download. Initial setting up of Medallion App only wanted to load postcode and phone number as USA designation. Part of personal bookings are via App part via internet. Hope our experience once onboard proves better.
