I was an early adopter of this machine…
I was an early adopter of this machine - used it for a bit before getting injured and needing to take a break. Even though it was generally a positive experience I still got lots of screen glitches. However during my break from the membership I found out that because I didn't have an active membership I was not qualified to receive the early adopter's gift. This definitely shows that the company's values are not truly aligned with respecting the community and wellness. They seem to want to nickel and dime you for every little thing. Now this entire situation combined with the continuing glitches makes me regret purchasing and supporting this company.
