Great experience - we managed to complete within 3 months of the offer being agreed and this was in part down to the SD team progressing the sale and ensuring delays were minimised. We wouldn't hesitate in using SD again. Staff are professional and not your typical estate agents; they are friendly and approachable and never say no to any requests even after the purchase has completed.
