Great products and what a wonderful…
Great products and what a wonderful company to deal with. I recently bought an Osmio Zero filter from one of their dealers and after a week decided I wanted a different model. The dealer didn't entertain the request (even though they should've under internal sales EU rules) but when I spoke to Osmio (Sharon) themselves, they went out of their way to accommodate my request and exchange my filter. The bonus was the long chat I had with Mark, one of their product designers, when I went to collect the replacement. And yes, their product is excellent too.
