Lack of care in delivery, but prompt replacements.

Delivery was fast and the order was correct, but it was let down by the delivery system. Two of our storage trays were damaged in transit. Our need was urgent, so we repaired, rather than lose time with returning. Packing or the delivery firm was at fault. Following the above there was a rapid response from GLS and two replacement trays were sent very promptly. These were very carefully packed and arrived in good order.
