I canceled my reservation before their deadline, about two hours to be exact. I received a confirmation email regarding my request so it had a time stamp. Received an email from a person by a single name, no contact info saying my request couldn't be honored because I was too late. Called multiple times and talked to several people. They kept saying they'd "investigate" it. Spent a lot of time on phone, getting no where. Had to get my credit card company involved. I'd avoid this "company."
