Customer service knows their stuff!
Customer service and the knowledge and willingness to help has been way above my expectations. I am total newbie to growing and bought the Mega Mushroom Kit and also tried to make my own jars too. I asked what seemed like a million questions and some about my own growing setup and they all had no problem helping me. I will say that their kit worked awesome and just requires a little tweaking for my super cold basement grow. Some of the methods they use seem like an overkill but I can see now why people recommend them and follow their grow guides. They work!! Thanks again for all the help and sorry for all the emails!!
