We were the guinea pigs that suffered/found the issues!
There were a few serious problems that affected our stay. The promised beach chairs and umbrellas were to be provided by a company that did not even have a contract for the beach we were on. It required a phone call nearly every morning to either Five Star Properties or Holiday Isles to get our chairs and umbrellas provided. The dangerous leak in the ceiling of the kitchen nearly caused a family member a serious injury because the unexpected and large amount of water on the floor made it very slippery. Then, preparing dinner that evening was made quite difficult with the ceiling dripping and towels on the floor to soak up the water. Then the leaking ceiling in the queen bedroom soaked clothing and the bedding and the floor so much that the bed had to be stripped down to the mattress and bedding had to be laundered and then put back on the bed before she could finally get to sleep. She had to rearrange the furniture, placing a night stand into the closet to move the bed from below the ceiling light fixture where the water was dripping. It was difficult to sleep not knowing if the electrical wiring was safe due to the water. The blinds in the bedrooms are inadequate to provide a dark room for sleeping. It felt like lights were shining in from everywhere. The dishwasher did not work. It finally was repaired near the end of our stay after having to rewash - by hand - nearly every load. The repairman told us the plates provided in the rental were too large for the machine to work properly.
