This was an unfortunate experience

This was an unfortunate experience from start to finish, and Jenny Smith was rude, disruptive, and withheld the e-ticket and was demanding I leave a review before I received the ticket. The only positive is that we did get a ticket at double the price than was quoted. Jenny called over a dozen times in an hour even after I asked her to stop calling me. Avoid this agency at all costs. Avoid avoid avoid.
