We had already decided that when we came to sell our house we would use Intercounty as they were the best agent by far when we were looking for a property back in 2007. Upon calling Intercounty for a valuation in July this year, Jenny Mallorie was on our doorstep within half an hour! The property particulars were prepared speedily and the viewings began. In a short while the offers started to come in and in the end we achieved over our asking price. All the staff that we have dealt with - namely, Jenny, Andrew, Lisa & Liz have been absolutely brilliant and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!
