I used this company once and prebooked a parking space in Lincoln High Street. For a few hours on a Wednesday evening. Costing me £9.99. I was sent a barcode through an email. I got there at the correct time and was told on the email to scan the barcode, get the ticket ,and I would be let through the barrier, which all worked fine. On leaving the carpark (which was a couple of hours earlier than I had booked),it said at the machine at the barrier to scan the bar code again to be let out through the barrier. On scanning the barcode again I was told at the machine i owe £8.50. I knew I hadn't stayed longer than I booked as I was earlier. I had to pay because the barrier was stopping me. On sending an email to this company telling them the problem,I was emailed back 5 days later explaining in order to get a refund, I had to take a photo 9f the receipt and scan it across. Also scan proof of my booking confirmation by opening settings on my phone, and send to them last digits of the card number I used to pay for the booking. If I'm honest I'm not technical minded, and I wouldn't really know here to start. I have a booking reference number, surely they can find most of it from there. Be careful using this company. It ended up costing me over £17 just to park for 3 hours.
