This is the worst place for tenants and landlords❗️ I did the application to rent a house (15 cherry walk) and I sent all the documents that I had to sent like payslips, p45, p60 and they took 4-5 weeks to proceed. The last thing they asked me is to give them access through a link to my online banking, this seem more like a fraud so be careful people. This people keep the properties of landlords on purpose for months and not renting them out as soon as possible so the landlords can pay their mortgage. If someone wants to rent a house don’t try it here because they’ll keep a deposit and make you wait a long time and they’ll find something so you don’t get a refund, so is not worth it the wait and for the landlords who want to rent out their property don’t waste your time here.
