I’ve tried the facial serum and multi action cream
I’ve tried the facial serum and the multi action cream. I use the serum during & after monthly dermarolling at home, but honestly don’t see any changes. What kinds of changes should I be able to see? I was using about 1 vial per session over about 4-7 months So I started using it with my everyday skincare instead. I’m not sure I saw much difference? I stopped after a couple of weeks. The multi action cream really left me unimpressed. Did not keep my skin moisturized and saw no changes with a bottle of use. I get much better results with my bioessence copper peptide/vegan squaline night cream. Customer service has been unhelpful. I gained a bunch of rewards points after like a year of subscriptions but they wouldn’t allow me to add my rewards to my next shipments. And why is that? I’m still purchasing regularly; why not allow me to claim my rewards with my subscription purchases? That’s just greedy. Customer service was unapologetic so I told her I found a way around it, not that she helped. I just cancelled my current subscription and started a new one, in order to claim my rewards. After that she offered me a 10% discount for my trouble? …….. I’ve found that customer service agents with this company are uncaring at best, and borderline-rude. Lastly, what is with the lack of actual information on this website? There is just a bunch of jargon in the product descriptions, but I’m truly learning nothing about these products. I feel like this means they are no better than drugstore anti aging creams & serums, but the high price tag and the flashy PPT name is meant to make us think these products are some wonderful new skin technology? I REALLY wanted this to work, but I think y’all have just made fools of many of us.
