First time booking with Alternative Airlines — overall, it was a great experience. I just had one minor issue when it came time to check in. The booking reference number I received when I purchased my ticket had been changed by the time check-in opened. I only discovered this after several failed attempts to check in, and about an hour later, I realized the booking number had been updated. I wish I had received an email notification about that change — it would have saved some stress. Other than that, the experience was excellent!
