Ordered online on Sunday, was meant to be delivered on the 7th April between 8 and 12. At 4pm I get a email saying no drivers available. Not happy it took so long to work that one out. Reschedule for the 8th between 8 and 12 at 1034am I received a sms saying no one home to take delivery. I was 8 feet from my front door watching tv at the time. Called them and got told oh we will have him return and we will call you at 4pm I called them to find out nothings been done. Cancelled the order and went to BWS. I’ll never use this service again. Customer service was the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. I’ve got very lazy Dan and have forgotten about your customers Allen.
