Renewed - without prior notice. My card details have been kept without review. I have emailed you Seneca - and expect a refund without delay. My concerns as to how you are keeping card details, renewing without notice however are such that I will be informing the ICO. This is a sad thing to write - and a bad way to go out - why act like this when you offer such a great resource? Disappointing.
