Also had a very disappointing experience with this company. The pricing on certain products was appealing but I regret giving them a try despite the other poor reviews. I made an order for an expedited delivery (1 -2 days) and waited a few days by which time it should have definitely arrived. As I'd heard nothing I tried getting in touch on email first and again heard nothing back. Finally I called to follow up and was told the product wasn't even in stock and they had no real idea when it would be.
