David was professional, polite, and extremely conscientious in his approach, and the standard of his work. He had little room to work but managed well without complaint. He investigated the problem thoroughly, discover the problem and fixed it. He ran the washing machine several times after, to ensure everything was fine. He cleaned up well afterwards. His fee was very fair in my opinion.
