False advertising!
False advertising! Advertising includes air conditioning and it was turned OFF! We were told by the mgr that the GOVERNMENT decides when to turn it off (not true we found out). Our room was hot and opening the window WOULD have been a feasible option IF we weren’t inundated with mosquitoes! I had at least a dozen bites. We did not have one night’s uninterrupted sleep. They gave us a table fan which was of little help. Why are we paying for amenities that didn’t exist?. Staff did their best (they were very good 4-5 stars), but mgr was unsympathetic and chilly. This is a beautiful location with nice rooms, great staff, but our stay was completely ruined.
