Total disaster!! The slowest server ever!

Web Hosting Hub uses the same servers as Inmotionhosting.com (since it is the same company with different brands). They both promote their super fast SSD servers. The reality is the total opposite. I tested my website performance with different tools and the only RED point that shows up is slow sever response. Average server speed is >2.5 seconds, with peaks at +5 seconds. Nobody will wait as long, and google won't give me a lot of love because of that slow server. Customer service has no other answers than asking the customer to further optimize their website. My website is already fully optimized, but I can't do anything for the last issue, which is their slow server. Their marketing is rather a mockery! I have the "Nitro" plan, it's not the most economic offer by far! Conclusion: Avoid both hoster: WebHostingHub and Inmotion Hosting PS: I just visited their websites, I wonder why I have to pay the double of what they promote... since I pay 11$ per month and not 4.99 or 5.99. Surprising...
