Wouldn't use anyone else.
I've used Indlu twice in the past four or five months. Two quite different properties (a bungalow and a cottage) in two different areas (Denton and Middleton). Both properties sold in less than a week for over the asking price. For a standard fee, it beats me why anyone would still be paying a fee based on a percentage of the asking price. You get brilliant photos and a good write up which Indlu say they will upload onto Rightmove (and the others) within 24 hours... one of mine was on there within three hours! Personally, based on my own experience, I wouldn't waste money and time on agents with a shop front and high overheads, when I can get my property on the websites that all prospective buyers use, for a fraction of the cost. Donna deals with all the admin side and is a gem when it comes to keeping you up to date with where things are up to, so you don't have to be chasing. She really is an asset.
