Home Store - Birkenhead.

Home Store Birkenhead. Collection for Suite booked and confirmed as a collection between 9-11. Finally arrived at 12.40 and went to the wrong house. When asked to return within a few minutes of leaving driver refused as he had attempted collection from the address given based on the fact he went to the house next to number 110. He went to 108! not 112. He blamed me for not being there despite the fact he was at the wrong address. To make matters worse I called the Store to complain and the Duty Manager was too busy in the back of the shop to speak to me. They are wanting donations but then cannot be bothered with any customer service. Extremely poor service
