No win No fee No help
I took up the opportunity to do a no ein no fee claim on my old car emissions. I was asked repeatedly to supply information and always the same information again ‘ again. I asked for an update on my claim but I get sent copies of their newsletter. They didn’t even confirm if my information was complete. It’s nigh on impossible to get anything related to a single claim. It’s been going on a few years since I originally started the claim and as far as I’m aware no closer to a conclusion or even a decision. I would not recommend doing this kind of thing with them
