Such a fantastic customer experience, polite, accurate, willing to help & reassuring about price being the best & delivery times accurate too. I was advised by message about my delivery & their driver Darren was spot on, he even used the crane to hoist my order into my garden making for easier lifting for myself. I have purchased more from the Buckie Branch of TP and again received fantastic service from this very keen chap Craig Reid. This is the kind of customer service everyone expects & I would certainly recommend this Buckie Branch and hope to use them again soon - IF the price is right as their customer service certainly is first class.
