Great positive and personable experience
I used UK Water Softeners through a recommendation from couple of my friends and dealt with Sarah for the initial visit, demo and Steve did our installation. From start to finish it never felt like I was being pushed to buy the product. Sarah was very patient in answering my questions in trying out different options on my installation. Also gave honest advise on what would work best for our household. Steve even visited in advance to do an installation survey and addressed the questions I had. On the day of installation, Steve did a very tidy job of installing the system and explained how it works in detail. He ensured everything worked as expected and gave advise on how the water softener would change the quantity of each cleaning product that we have been using and in some case also advised what is no longer needed. Overall I am very happy with the service I received. Kudos to UK Water Softeners !! you have a great team indeed. Keep up the good work !!
