Keep well AWAY from this cheap company
Keep welll AWAY from this poor ,cheap company. They have referred me to two cowboys medical companies that have no intrest in the client, the physio wasnt even able to speak the company name and was going to take ages to get an appointment never mind a fixed for my injury Then the doctor doing the assesment booked 3 people for the same time and wasted a whole afternoon for somthing that should have taken 20 mins, The Company they advise MLA are shocking unprofessional and i am now advising another solicitor to handle my claim as Minster Law have no professional advisers and dont actually care about the client, All the 3rd parties they work with seem to be cheap , unprofessional and cowboys . All they say is "OH sorry " we will take ownership, the only that did is Gemma, she was amaing however the case handlers are useless , unresponsive and awful on many levels. You send a email , no response , you ask for a phone call ,no response, they send you to cowboys that are awful, never do the senior managers take ownership , its just unprofessional and cheap. If you want your case handled DONT use MINSTER LAW ,they do everything on the cheap and you wait ages for anything.
