Banned Accounts and Lack of Support for Purchases
Thank you for your response, but I need to be very clear: I am not asking to regain my BIGO accounts or use the app again. My only request is that you provide written confirmation by email to stating that I am eligible to get my refunds through my bank. This confirmation is the only way my bank can proceed. Because of LootBar.gg, my bank account was actually closed, so this situation has caused me serious financial damage. I have always tried to contact your team through the in-app feedback, but no one ever replied, and the experience has been extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Please do the right thing and send me the email confirmation so that I can resolve this matter with my bank.
