My order is still not confirmed since 6th of January. Yesterday I used the chat functionality, like it is recommended, and even if I received the information that somebody will contact me within 24 hours, nothing happens. Mostly this is my last order here, as this happens me already second time. For the ones who are ordering here, you have 50 to 50 chance, that it will go well or it will not work.
