Irwin Mitchell are quick to take your details and get back to you. However it seems only want slam dunks. I have a medical and disability negligence problem that I am doing the leg work for by requesting subject access requests. I tell them and they say they are "Your enquiry has been considered carefully and we regret that we do not have the capacity to take on your case." AND yet still advertising for more clients. So A) They either don't want it because it's a bit too much like hard work. B) Theyre lying. Pick which one you like. Its looks like they want minimal effort for maximum reward. When you choose Irwin Mitchell are they going to do there up most to get you a win? or are they just taking on slam dunks? If your case is not a cinch I think you should go elsewhere. Also bare in mind if they REALLY are "Out of capacity" Do you really want to go to Irwin Mitchell firm that is up to their eye balls, snowed under and have very little capacity left? I would say they give you the brush off if it's not easy and weirdly my case would be easy if they took the time to look. Also odd if they really were at capacity then why sit there listen to my case THEN go talk to a colleague KNOWING that you're at capacity? If it really the case you could not take me on anyway so just wasting everyone's time then. Thumbs down
