Very unprofessional service and not…
Very unprofessional service and not very clear on extra charges(optional ones). i have purchased Delonghi Dinamica Bean to cup coffee machine, there was option (€5) for express order processing. So I have opted for that, but what is the point of this express order processing if courier pick up this order 3 days later? Coffee machine arrived, well packed week later, not too bad to be honest. Then 2 days after started using it I noticed leak inside the machine that was leaking into the tray and very quickly overflowing on the counter. Reported to the seller, they asked me to reset to factory setting and descale machine.... well OK there are some procedures, so I did it even I knew this is nothing to do with descaling. After I've done it, sent videos to the seler liiking for further steps, but no response. Just to mention they are open 7-5PM! (2PM Irish time) and even if you call them within the opening hours they drop you straight away to the voice mail, claiming they will concat you soon, which as you guessed is not happening.
