Horrible,unprofessional and worst…
Horrible,unprofessional and worst customer service i have ever dealt with. I was an IR and after my first loyalty order, there was another charge on my credit card for something that i did not order, i have to close my credit card because i was scared that it will keep on charging. 2nd loyalty order there's another purchase that wasn't made by me. I told the my upline and she emailed them(which is crazy only way to communicate with them). Dec 1 i am trying to put another order, my account was deactivated! Now what made it real crazy is this. They deactivated my account without even notifying me on doing so. They did not send my order of 3 creamer but they took the payment from my credit card! They said they refunded it but its been 5 weeks and no money came back! I am furious and they don't care! They took the money, did not send the product and doesn't want to refund it either!
