This is my third cruise with cruise Ist. I came back every time due to there extremely helpful cruise agents, and they are usually always the cheapest and if not they will do there best to price match. Mary Isaac on this occasion went above and beyond to meet my needs further without me even asking her to. She was very patient and understanding with all my questions and is very knowledgeable in her role.
