The delivery company you used is more the culprit than mobile direct. My phone was supposed to be delivered twice as the first time the delivery driver never came anywhere near my property and made up some story that recipient didn't have code so parcel was sent back to depot. I was informed it would be delivered 2 days later, the parcel was delivered on time however it was definitely not a mobile phone it was a Dewalt power tool. The sticker with my name and address had been put over the top of another label address to someone further down Swindon Road. I have had nothing but adverse reaction from delivery company . This has caused me so much stress as I am a carer for an 85 year old lady , I desperately need a new phone for my work now I'm £200 out of pocket stressed to the max and still have no phone. Very happy to say that after 4 days Mobile Direct got it all sorted and I now have my phone. Well done Mobile Direct.
