Phone operator with zero etiquette
Bad experience!! Extremely poor customer services on the phone desk @ 02074584422. I have called at this number and the lady who attended the call has poor phone etiquettes, was loud, had attitude and was not considerate or had listen me well. My parcel was late for over 4-5 weeks. Delay is okay as things not always go as planned however the phone operator needs to be replaced if company wants more customers. Not using this service due to the bad customer service over the phone !
