Really awful service
Really awful service. The tracking number they sent gave an error message. I told customer service as much and they gave me the runs round. Of course two weeks after the product shipped they sent me a message stating that they gave me a “bad tracking number.” Um yeah no kidding!! I told them this from the beginning but they never even tried to listen to me or work on an actual resolution. Three weeks later I still don’t have my product. Not good. At all.
