Fixed after a Disappointed due to trying a…
Disappointed after"free"trail for marketing tools and then calling them twice to say I wanted to CANCEL .only to discover they have started changing me and trying to con me into a contract I've now phoned 3 more times and have lost my patients with them .after being sent to a call centre and ended up had beg scream and plea with them, to then get "we will look into it"and still try and charge me!!.never again I have completely lost faith in the company and have resorted to having to leave this very disapointed after trying to trick me into a contract that I clearly didn't want..I now have to wait for yet another decision maker over a £12/month rip off scam marketing tool I don't want!!as far as I'm concerned.stay away I'm probably going to have to buy else where if treated like this.. Up date:They have finally fixed the issue once I spoke with a local English customer service technician and they have explained what has happened There are 2 free trails Marketing and E commerce so beware to CANCEL Both or this is what will end up spinning out of control and then you are trapped in a contract for 12mths that you don't need or want, It's very confusing, if like me you are still learning SEO SSL etc..and God knows what the difference is between these different trail marketing tools but it's far too complicated for me to deal with at the moment and given only one month too trail them at my leisure. I was not going to get very far, unless I spent all of my spare time In front of a computer; going around in circles and getting lost.. before you give up..just pay an expert and tweak your website maybe?(Not that cheep tho I think Wix has a team of self employed techy types offering services..and then there's all the hackers in India etc that claim to be able to help .it's a minefield..anyway rather than just promoting the domain name via Fasthosts which it all it dose is connects too the Wix website anyway..so you then end up doing it all twice and even more confusing..at least it's sorted but Fasthosts customer service in the Philippines unfortunately just wanted my cash so be careful to cancel any contracts as it will give you this headache..my only advice to Fasthosts is stop the 12mth contracts and be more transparent and honest and maybe offer a 1 mth contract that you are able to cancel Anytime then people will feel safer which is what customer service and business is all about these days..
