Superb Training and Support
We have just finished our induction week and have a fantastic experience .The whole process from our initial enquiry to now has been so professional and the training this week has been both informative, comprehensive and inspirational .Dave, Emma and Ben have led the training and delivered it alongside specialists from NJT departments and have 'over delivered' in terms of our expectations and no question has ever been too much for them they have been both supportive and positive .Some great customer service ideas from Dave and delivering this great experience for our customers.
